Aromatic, flavorful and soothing. Great after a meal as it helps digestion and especially before bedtime as it is very calming. Fantastic for children as well

How to: 

• Use 1.5 teaspoons of tea per cup (8oz of water)
• Boil water and steep for about 5 minutes. If stronger flavor is desired, simply add more tea
