What are your locations and hours of operations?

You can shop from our store at 2580 Broadway New York, NY 10025 Mon-Fri 7am to 9pm and Sat-Sun&Holidays 8am to 9pm, and also at our Grand Central Terminal store at 78 Grand Central Terminal New York, NY 10017, Mon-Fri 7am to 9pm, Sat 10am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.

Shipping policy?

We ship orders Monday through Friday (except Holidays) and use the shipping option the customer chose at checkout.

Products marked as OUT OF STOCK might be switched for a similar product. Products marked as ON BACKORDER will ship as soon as the product is back in stock (date available on product page).

Return policy?

Contact us at to get a return ID number. Tea, spices, sugar, salt, peppers and any other food items cannot be exchanged or returned.

What are the sizes offered?

4floz and 8floz tins are available for product purchase online. Please not that this are fluid ounce tins, there for the product is sold by volume ONLY and not weight. The weight of the product will vary.

What are the dimensions of the tins?

The small tins (4floz) are (2.3 x 2.3x H1.4 inches)
The large tins (8floz) are (3 x 3 x H1.9 inches)

When will my order arrive?***

All orders are packaged within the first 3 days we receive the confirmation/invoice. Orders are shipped Priority mail USPS and typically take anywhere from 1-3 days depending on the state. Please note that international order varies depending on the shipping option selected by customer.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Once a shipping label is created through Paypal, a notice of shipment should be emailed to both customer and seller. A tracking number will be provided inside. If you cannot locate this email/tracking information, please email us and we will proved the number as soon as possible.

Do you ship international orders?***

We do not offer international shipping through our website BUT it is an option available upon emailed request. Please read over the following process:
If you would like to proceed, please provide the following information- Product, Quantity, and a valid contact number.
Please note that our minimum purchase amount in regards to international shipment is $75. A list of shipping prices will be emailed for your selection. Please select the option that best suits you, which will be included in the overall pricing.

An invoice via Paypal will be emailed for payment and shipment information.

If my order is lost or stolen, what are my options?

Unfortunately, once orders are mailed out there can be issues that occur. Items lost or stolen during the process of delivery is an issue between the post office and customer. If the lost packaged is returned to our company, we will send it back out immediately. However, we do not cover stolen packages. If further questions, please contact us at (212)-883-8327 and ask for online/customer service management. If unavailable please leave a message and phone number and you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Is there any deadline to claim my products ?

If the product was purchased directly from our on-line store,
you may request a product replacement or a refund for the purchase price of the defective Product
if your claim is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
