Turmeric and Tarragon based this is one of the all time best selling family blend. The slight Anis flavor brings a certain sweetness to this seasoning.
This blend is a mixture of tumeric, tarragon, parsely, star anise, fennel seeds, cardomom and pink pepper
To use directly sprinkled or infused in olive oil for broilled, pan seared, grilled or
papillae fish dishes .
Description: For “papillote” (individual serving):
- Place the fish in an aluminum foil, on the side.
- Add 1 tablespoon of the blend in a bowl with olive oil and lemon juice then brush the fish with that marinade.
- Close the aluminum foil in a tent shape (papillote) so it has room to steam inside.
- Place in a preheated oven at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size and thickness of the fish.
