Known in France as “SALAGOU” which is the combination of the 2 french words for Salad and Taste.
The blend contains a mixture of parsely, tarragon, yellow mustard, rosebuds, cardamom, pink pepper.
One of the easiest blend to use, just sprinkle it on salads or let it sit in olive oil then use that marinade to make a vinaigrette.
- Just sprinkle the blend as is, over salads to your taste.
- 1 tea spoon per serving.
- You can also let the blend sit in olive oil, then use this oil for salad dressing.
We recommend 3 tablespoon per ½ liter of olive oil.
