You will find in this blend a taste of Provence and/or Northern Italy. It will do wonders in tomato based sauces and slow cooked vegetables.
For tomato sauce, add 1 tablespoon per cup of tomato puree, heat and serve.
Quick pasta dish,
- under cook your pasta in water by 1 minute,
- then trow them in a pan with preheated olive oil
- and 1 tablespoon of the blend per serving of pasta.
- Sauteed them on high fire for a minute or 2 add Parmesan cheese.
Serve.
