Traditional Italian Spicy Oil , Widely used in Italy to spice up Pizzas but not only, it is a great marinade and a fantastic deap for fresh goat cheese etc…
This blend is a mixture of rosemary, oregano, chili “pili pili”, bay leave and corriander
Very easy.
- Just add it to olive oil to get you’re your spicy oil (1 oz/liter).
- It is best to let the blend sit for a week prior using.
