This blend is our “Fine Herbs” mix, only better, it will ravish omelets, scrambled or any type of eggs preparations, as well as potatoes from sauteed to puree or baked.
This blend is a mixture of tarragon, parsely, onion and corriander
For omelet:
- Mix 2 tablespoons of the blend for 2 eggs then cook it as a regular omelet.
For potatoes:
- Just sprinkle on top toward the end of cooking time.
