Every spice house has their poultry blend, this is ours and of course we believe it is the best.
Savory, peppery, some citrus and a touch of sweetness. Use it as a dry rub, in
marinade or mix it with butter and maple syrup to glaze your birds.
For Marinade 1 to 2 servings:
Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil for 1 tablespoon of the blend in a freezer bag with the meat, then keep it in the fridge overnight.
Your meat is now full of flavor and ready to cook.For creamy sauce heat gently a cup of Crème Fraiche with 2 tablespoons of the blend. You can also add precooked vegetables or mushrooms, and slow cook in for 10 minutes. The sauce is now ready and will do wonders on top of veal, turkey or chicken….
You can also use it as a dry rub then grill roast or broil your white meat (1 tablespoon per serving).
