A Black tea from the Chinese province of Fujian. The tea leaves are dried over the smoke of pine fires t o give a rich, distinctive smoky flavour which accompanies savoury or spicy flavours perfectly.

How to
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz of hot water. Heat water to 195-205 degrees and steep tea for up to 3-4 minutes.
